Workshop: Introduction to Universal Design for Learning (Anaheim, 5/20/15)

This workshop introduces the principles of UDL taught using the principles of UDL filled with activities.
The morning focus emphasizes understanding the 3 principles of UDL and practicing each principle.  In the afternoon sessions, teachers are given scenarios to teach and practice integrating the three principles into a lesson plan. These plans are shared with the whole group for added suggestions. Ideas flow easily and teachers leave with a strong basic understanding of UDL and its implementation.
