UCP Huntsville is seeking a highly motivated individual to use assistive technology to support individuals with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who work alongside them. A bachelor's degree in special education and/or a minimum 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with special needs is
REQUIRED. Extensive knowledge of current Assistive Technology (AT) and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) is preferred.
Reliable transportation and availability for overnight travel are requirements of this statewide program position. Candidates must exhibit strong oral and written skills and be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Duties include, but are not limited to, the creation and/or execution of:
