Our Summer Meeting is fast approaching. On Tuesday, July 19, we gather in Pasadena at 6:30 to discuss and share literacy-building curriculum, programs, modifications, tips and tricks for non-speaking clients/students. We will review Mayer Johnson's Accessible Literacy Learning reading curriculum (ALL, by Janice Light) as well as participant contributions. That means you!
Your ideas are welcome and encouraged. We hope you will join us at the meeting with something to show, to share, to talk about - but if you are not able to attend, please email your literacy ideas, tools and questions to socalaacnetwork@gmail.com so that we can share amongst the group at the meeting and also post them for all to see on our new BLOG. Join us on facebook, search this email address or search SCAAC-N.
See you next week!
